参 展 须 知
各参展企业：
为了确保本届“丝绸与女装”博览会顺利、圆满成功，现将有关注意事项敬告如下：
一、 参展、布展人员进入展览大厅必须主动出示布展证和参展证，未经许可不得随意出入展览区域。参展企业的车辆应停放在指定地点，听从工作人员和展馆保安的指挥。“布展证”开馆后即失效。
二、 爱护展馆内各种公共设施，不得改变展厅的地面、墙板或建筑物其他部分的结构，在任何部位不得打入钉子、镙丝及钻洞，并不得使用单面、双面粘胶带及粘胶物。如有损坏应由参展企业按价赔偿。
三、 布展材料必须经过防火处理。严禁在展厅内使用明火、暗火、易燃气体、易爆物和易燃、有毒、腐蚀性物质，不得擅自拉接电源。
四、 各参展企业须配合卫生部门预防性消毒工作，注意个人的卫生习惯。严禁在展厅内禁烟区吸烟，不要随地吐痰，乱扔杂物；严禁乱堆乱放包装物品及其它材料，以保持展示厅内清洁，过道畅通和展厅空气的流通。
五、 各参展企业应遵守有关法律和展厅规定，安全布展。增强自我安全意识，保管好自己携带的财物，若发现遗失，请及时向公安机关报案。
六、 为保证“丝绸与女装”博览会的质量，参展企业不得私自转让和拼用展位，如有发现立即清除出展示厅。
七、 所有参展产品必须符合国家有关法律、法规，明码标价，并标明品名、规格、等级、厂家、原料成份及含量，以维护企业和消费者的合法权益。
八、 博览会地址及日程安排 Fair Schedule

展会时间：2008年10月31日-11月3日
撤展时间：2008年11月3日下午16：00
以上事项请自觉遵守，如违反规定，被有关部门处罚或禁展，后果自负。

Notice on the exhibition
All enterprises:
To guarantee the order and success of the Silk & Women’s Wear Fair, all these below should always have your attention.
Ⅰ, Those who participate in and arrange the Fair should show your certificates before entering the exhibition hall, and you will not be allowed to enter the exhibition area without permission. Please remember to obey the direction of the Fair’s workers and guards. Additionally, the certificates will be invalid after the opening ceremony.
Ⅱ, The public facilities must be taken care of. And you’re forbidden to change the structure of the floor, wallboards and other parts. Nails and screws shouldn’t be dug anywhere. And you’re also forbidden to use one-sided or two-sided gummed tape. If any mangle is found, you should afford the compensation.
Ⅲ, The materials to arrange the Fair must be fireproof; You’re not permitted to ignite or use inflammable gas, explosive things or inflammable toxic and corrosive materials in the exhibition hall. Furthermore, power should not be switched on or off randomly.
Ⅳ, All enterprise must cooperate with the health department by doing the precautions disinfectant, and please pay attention to personal hygiene. You’re forbidden to smoke within the smoking-free area and spit or chuck the waste randomly. To keep the exhibition hall’s cleanness, aisle’s smoothness and oxygen’s circulation, you’re forbidden to pilling packaging stuff and other materials in exhibition hall.
Ⅴ, Enterprise that participates in the Fair should adhere to the relevant law and rules about the exhibition hall, and please arrange the Fair safely. You ought to improve your safety awareness and take good care of your belongings. Once lost, please call the police in time.
Ⅵ, In order to guarantee the Fair’s quality, all enterprises are not allowed to transfer your seats randomly or use your seats together. Once found, you’re weeded out.
Ⅶ, In order to assert consumers rights and interests, all the products displayed must abide by relevant laws and indicate their prices, brands, standards, classes, manufactures, ingredients and contents.
